For weight loss one need to follow proper balanced diet and workout
Have small and frequent meals
Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet
Start your lunch and dinner with salad or a fruit and glass of water
In thyroid avoid eating cabbage, cauliflower, radish, soya beans, groundnuts, mushrooms, broccoli, mustard, maida and maida products, extra salty food like namkeen or farsan , sugar and sugary drinks..
Include protein like milk and milk products, dal, sprouts, eggs, rajma chola, oats, chicken in lunch and dinner and breakfast..
Water 2-3 l of water every day
Workout for 45 mins daily
Also do not take anything after taking thyroid medicine if taking early morning on empty stomach
