Hi Mam there is no diet chart for a child after the age of 12 months basically you prepare a proper schedule for the child were you start with milk in the morning and then breakfast lunch and dinner as per the timing what you are following for yourself because this is the right time for your child to go to school as well so you have to work it out accordingly and the food that you are preparing traditionally at home should be given to the child as well
