A. Hello mom you can introduce the baby to liquids first such as dal or rice water or fresh fruit juice or vegetable soups etc and then gradually move to semi solids and mashed foods such as steamed and mashed vegetables or fresh fruit pulp , porridge made with ragi or multigrain mix or suji , kichidi etc introduce one foods at a time and as the baby gets used to it you can gradually increase the quantity and number of meals and alternate it with your feed
