RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. You’ll have to have a regular diet that a pregnant woman has everything healthy all kind of fruits and vegetables lent is protein these things are going to be good avoid having more of junk and fried food and too much of spicy food in general also
