You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, spinach
Give Ragi , makhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits puree like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child 3 meals in a day and you may include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes and ragi kanji uoma khicadi which are all healthy and nutritious and safe for the growth of your child also and make it more nutritious
