A. Hi, 8 AM-Idli, Dosa, Uthappam with a glass of fruit juice or a milkshake 11 AM-fruit bowl  1 PM-Khichdi, vegetable fry, curd rice 4 PM-vegetable soup, milkshakes, salads. 7 PM-Khichdi, Upma, disable a bath.Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits each day. Expose your baby to sunlight for about half an hour in a day. Give adequate liquid. Always give lukewarm water while feeding anything. Include buttermilk in every day drink.Write Your Answer Here
