A. hello dear mom to be, add all normal foods, maintain proper hygeine, add good fluid maintain proper gaps, do not skip meals or any nutrients avoid fasting and long gaps between meals have seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, nuts, cow's milk and milk products, dal, whole grains

A. Hello mom You just have to avoid few things in your regular diet like papaya, Chinese food, soya sauce, spicy food, avoid taking lots of junk food. And you should also not take more amount of sugar. Rather than this you can add anything in your regular diet plan Stay home stay safe
