Q.

#AskTheExpert i am currently in 13th week ..i want gain my weight..my weight is not increasing.what should i add in my daily diet?

A. Hello mam, you can take some fruit milk shakes , dry fruits as well , eggs if you prefer , millets , dals and legumes, ghee, paneer etc would be helpful along with some seasonal fruits and vegetables

A. Hi mom Stay happy and stress free which is most important at this time.. U can add banana shake, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken, mango shake, potatoes, rice etc for weight gain. U can also add protein powder by consulting ur doctor for the same.
