did periods effect breast milk after delivery?

A. no. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

A. Hello mom No not at all. It is totally normal if you get your periods early after delivery and you are still breastfeeding your baby. Periods will not affect your breast milk at all. But you have to maintain a proper diet and it is very important to keep your body healthy and hydrated. So take a proper diet and add all the nutrition
