RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 days agoA. No it is not safe it can actually block the tear ducks which is why it’s very unhealthy to use Kajal and it’s not advisable for initial 10 years of age you should definitely avoid it and after that also if you want you can use otherwise you should avoid
