A. Hello good morning !! Change the diaper for every 3-4 hours if only urinates and immediately after potty . Sometimes baby urinates more that the diaper becomes soak after 1-2 hours then also change the diaper immediately. After changing clean the diaper area using an unscented wipe or soft wet cotton cloth and wait for the diaper area become dry so that no wetness causes rashes. Make sure to keep the diaper area moisturised by applying coconut oil or anti rash cream to avoid rashes.
