Dhruthika have full right mostion. what can I do

A. tight motions happens due to dehydration or lack of fibre diet. offer more liquids and fruits. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. hi you mean to say a child is having loose motions ? if yes ,then give two drops of sporlac powder twice in a day. give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more. give food like khichdi, rice, fruits i.e apple or pomegranate juice which is easy to digest. keep your child well hydrated
