A. hey mommy you can start ghee as early as 8months. always start with a very small amount less than 1/4 tsp and gradually increase the amount. for kids you an offer any where between 2-3tsps a day. it's always best to ifffeer others things and keep the diet well balanced instead of loading with ghee.
