after delivery, your body needs good nutrition to heal and recover.
so don't crash diet.
just take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
along with dietary control, start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
