A. Namaste Mom, Be mindful of what you are eating, and try to have an early dinner as such , avoid high sugary foods , fried and processed foods as well involve yourself in physical exercise for at least 30 to 40 mins as well.

A. Mam there is no such diet plan it’s just a balance that whatever you’re making at home every day is the right food to be eaten plus of course you should have good fats proteins and carbs in your diet which will definitely help in increasing your weight
