my daughter is 3 years old please suggest proper deit plan for weight gain her weight is only 11kg her weight is not gain

A. Hello mom body structure depends on their metabolism and even family genes as well . You can give the child some dry fruits and nuts c eggs , milk , Panner , ghee , Variety of dals and chana , rajma etc , soya , whole grain cereals, stuff paranthas, fruit milk shakes etc
