First of all you’re not even supposed to sit down cross legged and you have to be extra careful for at least three months after vaginal delivery. Hi mom Take enough rest and sleep Maintain hygiene Wash area often with lukewarm water Apply coconut oil or olive oil Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
