Q.

delivered baby on June 17th bleeding started and last for 1 month 1 week and 2 weeks gap no bleeding again now started is it normal ? within 2 months only 2 weeks gap no bleeding ?

A. usually bleeding may last fr 6-8 weeks post delivery .so dont worry .try to eat more fruits vegetables n have hethy diet.do excervise as well fr the same .to reduce wt...the menses may be irregular fr now due to breasdfeeding

A. Hi mommy It’s all normal and common due to hormone changes Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
