Q.
Deleviry k baad mere periods 1 month tk regular rahe.. phir kuch din bnd ho gye.. Phir 10 days baad start ho gye.. Aise hi ho raha h Kbhi period 1 week baad aa jata h.. Kbhi 18 to 20 days baad.. Mere periods irregular ho gye hai.. Iske alwa ab weakness bhi hoti h jb periods aate hai.. Gussa baut aata h chhoti-2 baato or aise me.. Baby ko breastfeed krane ka mann bhi nhi krta hai.. Any1 plz tell what I Do..๐

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. These kind of irregularities or normal even after one year after giving birth and if you want to make your cycles regular then you need to use some hormonal contraceptive pills๏ฟผ.
