Dear Team of Doctors My twin babies r going to complete 6 months by mid of this month, actually they r preterm. Nowadays they r putting fingers in their mouth & try to grap everything in their mouth. Can we start teethers for them & which one is best ( Silicon or Wood base)- Pls suggest

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. yes this is common milestones in the baby to put everything in the mouth to explore the things but not advisable to use any teether most of the times it will have infections
