kindly find my child report he is 15 months old and since 1 week he is admitted in hospital and they are giving the treatment,

my child having the issue,
1- fever coming 103, but after treatment coming normal.
2- Loose motion, 15 times a day after treatment, coming 4 times a day
3- vomiting, 9 times, after treatment, only vomiting after giving milk
4- he is feeling very weakness, he cannot walk properly.
5- after treatment, he is sleeping more

Note - after 5 days admitted in hospital today released and doctor advised to give this medicine and come after 3 days..

I need to please advise should I need to change the hospital or follow this doctor advised.

please answer I am very depressed about my child.

please continue treatment
it is important to follow the instructions and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem .
they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not undertake medicines or medical procedures not prescribed / guided by the doctor. 
take a follow up in few days dif it is not improving for need of treatment modification

Please continue with what your doctor suggesting because this is on the basis of the report of your WBC count of your child I’m probably because of that only all these problems are happening once the things are in control the child is going to recover from the issue that there but currently I think you should just follow your doctors advising
