Madam For your child would eat everything that you prepared at home from breakfast to dinner whether it is poha oats porridge for lunch Roti sabji Chapati whatever you are making it is not only about vegetables you have to give proper food to the child that you and your family are eating and the haemoglobin level should be somewhere around 11 to 12 at this age
