dear Sir, my baby is now 2.5 months old. he is not going patty daily. he is doing patty 3-4 days. is it ok. what will do for this.

stool pattern keep changing in babies..
If the stools are soft and easy to pass, than it's normal.
continue exclusive breast feeding.

yes ,it is ok
no worries
just feed your child on demand
and make sure your child get enough milk or not
give Massage on daily basis which definitely help to regularise bowlmovements.
