dear sir madam, since last week my legs and feet are killing me with pain, I'm breastfeeding to my baby ND have undergone normal delivery.. pls suggest the reason for it ND how to overcome the pain ND suggest me a proper diet

Hello ma’am First of all you please get a vitamin D deficiency test done because these things are very common when there is deficiency of vitamin D in the body apart from that continue with the supplement of iron calcium and multivitamin that your doctor must have described you till 6 to 8 months or maybe one year as per your convenience and if you had a normal delivery then you are fit to do basic yoga regular yoga so start with that
