Dear sir/madam. my one year boy got red rashes with very small pimples on pennies ending plase. we are using antibiotic cream. but no any result. what can we do? please suggest us

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it happens because of many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like fabric,heat or sweating or infection. please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes avoid using diapers. keep that area clean apply coconut oil there maintain good hygiene
