Dear sir, Ismael's new teeth is not normal. it's looking yellow zigzag shape. Is there any deficiency. pls suggest...

A. no it is totally fine as it happens in the new teeth these are called mamilions and will wear off with time so you need not worry but it is better to once visit a dentist for routine dental examination
