Feed foods like lentil water, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, pureed apple and pear, mashed banana, ragi and sooji porridge, etc. Start slow and feed 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. Remember, milk will still remain the main meal, therefore if you feel breastmilk is not enough, start giving any good formula milk for full and healthy nutrition.
