dear Mam, my son is 8 months old, From last 4-5 days I checked his temperature, some time it is 99-99.6 so should I give a paracetamol to him ? some time his hands n foot palm seems little bit hotter than other body parts । plz suggest

A. fine .Fever is when the temperature is more then 99 degree . Paracetamol can be given for the fever every 6 hourly of fever is reoccurring frequently. Fever may be due to any viral infection so mostly will subside in 3 days other wise consult a doctor near by.
