Q.

Dear expert, please advise. Two children with confirmed dust allergy( done prick test, only dust allergy), asthma is controlled by inhaler foracort 100 in rainy and cold months. Kids are asking for a pet cat. Would having a pet cat at home worsen their allergy in any way? Thank you.

A. Mami it would not be a very good idea to get a pet during this time when your kids have been diagnosed with allergies because sometimes you are just aware about one particular allergy but kids usually who have asthma or have allergies to animal hair also and that can lead to severe allergies also so avoid getting a pet right now and also prefer taking homeopathy for both your kids
