dear Dr my son is suffering from little bit swelling as a type of extension type on the top of version we even suggest pediritcian he advice for antiseptic, which doesn't results positively pls tell us what to do can we visit for surgical Dr or any other is there any worry about this

it may either be some type of secretion which is accumulated which is also known as smegma pearl or it might be due to some type of infection which will be only clarified after examination
