Q.

dear dr my son is now 2yrs completed,at time of 2nd year starting also his weight 12kg and now also same weight.is there any deficiency.

A. might be..! it is difficult to identity symptoms without examining. Get your child examined for any deficiencies. Give protein rich diet...as protien is building unit of our body. Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development and stimulate body growth.

Hi mommy Give ultra D3 drops Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
