Dear Dr, my baby is 18 months old. he got white patches on his cheeks. can you please suggest us to overcome them?

A. Deficiencies in calcium, Vitamin D and Vitamin E can cause white patches on the face. These are harmless however you should give a healthy and balanced diet to your kid. White patches can also be due to sun allergy and fungal infections. It is better for a doctor to properly examine it for proper diagnosis and treatment.
