NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello the white patches can be due to dry skin and make sure to keeo baby skin hydrated well.. you can also try to use mild and gentle lotion and cream which is made of natural ingredient and chemical free like babyhug which would be better and safe
