Dear Dr- Does breast milk jaundice require exchange transfusion? Phototherapy does work for my baby....But bilirubin again rises later, but rises very slowly

A. there is no need to do exchange transmission unless the level is more than twenty. for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
