Dear Doctor Small small pimples on 9month old baby face. what we should do, we are applying coconut oil and ghee. is some alergy with food or need to consult doctor I have also attached photo

A. picture is not visible and do not apply ghee or oil on the face and apply atogla lotion if the baby is having rashes on the face and maintain comfortable room temperature
