Q.

Dear Doctor & Parents, I am a mother of 2 kids, had 2 cesarians within 3 years time period and the last was on 15th May 2020. After the delivery, I put on weight and now I am appx 80 Kgs. I am planning to reduce my weight now and think go to Gym. Is this a correct choice or suggest any other better options to reduce weight. Thanks in advance.... Regards, Sumana

A. Yes you can start anytime Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hello I actually don't do any kind of aggressive workout now itself like a one time like where you feel very heavy once you feel comfortable start off with very like like walking or some mild startup exercises later on you can join to gym not this this is not the right time and also make sure you maintain some diet
