Dear Doctor, My son is 4yrs 10months old. From morning he pooped 5 times , more like loose motion (semi solid). After eating anything he is pooping. He ate outside food yesterday. He is active but getting tired. kindly advice

A. the baby is suffering from loose motion you need to give enterogermina vial to your baby two times a day and consult your doctor for proper antibiotic treatment give more of liquids avoid any junk food
