Q.

dear doctor, My name Divya. I gave birth to a baby girl by caesarean on 28 th June. still now I have not got period. is this normal or any problem?

A. hi mom it is ok if I r doing exclusive breast feeding till now then it can be due to lactational amenorrhea but do urine pregnancy test with morning urine sample to rule out pregnancy

A. Hi mom This is normal. There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to hormonal changes. Breastfeeding mothers periods are irregular and can tend to get late till u breast feed ur baby. so no need to worry take care and all the best
