A. Sometimes too much fibre in diet can lead to hard stool so liquids are important to give and give, soups water and give overnight soaked black raisins water and make her sit in warm water tub while bathing to relax anal sphincters and apply little coconut oil around anus before passing motion

A. in some babies ragi will cause constipation. this is common. please stop for a few days. and then you can give again. Constipation is quite common in babies. Try doing the cycling type of exercise. Make your baby lay flat on the back and lift the legs and move them like you are pedalling a cycle.  Do this regularly 3-4 times in a day. Massage your baby's tummy clockwise and anticlockwise directions on the stomach a few times during the day. Fold your baby's  legs at the knees and press them towards the stomach a few times in the day. You eat nice fibre rich food and breastfeed your baby well.Eat lots of green leafy vegetables.   Eat pear fruit. Once your baby has completed 6 months of age then you can soak a few raisins in the water in the night. In the morning just give a few teaspoons of the raisin water to the baby.this helps relieve constipation.
