Dear Doctor my 7 year Daughter won't eat food properly . always we have to struggle to make her tummy full . can you please tell us how she feels Hunger n eats food by her own n whole heartedly.. Tq

Hello mom The best ways is to get them physically active that would involve playing in the park , outdoor games , dance etc that tend to help them to increase their appetite as well and then they eat well and also try to change the form of the food given to them as well
