Q.

Dear doctor, I'm breastfeeding my 18month old baby.I got my periods after 14 months.Now my cycle has changed ,I m having periods every 15 days. I always had monthly period cycle .My query here is - How long will it take to normalize? Do I need to worry?.Kindly guide.

A. Better consult your gynaecologist once for proper examination and do all routine investigation. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . .

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give three meal and two snacks Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
