Q.

Dear Doctor, I am writing to inform you that I am currently 28 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing pelvic pain and backache. The pain has become so severe that it is affecting my sleep at night, making it very difficult to change positions without experiencing a lot of pain. I have been experiencing this pain since the 4th month of my pregnancy, but it has worsened since the end of the 6th month. I am very concerned about the impact this pain may have on my pregnancy and would like to seek your advice on how to manage it. I would appreciate any recommendations or treatments you may suggest to help alleviate my pelvic pain and backache so that I can get some relief and have a more comfortable pregnancy. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Ramya
