Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, ypu an eat almost everything now but if you are a breast feeding mom then avoid eat g anything raw. Also drink warm water with ajwain. That will help in releasing gas from you and from the baby as well. Good luck and take care
