Q.

Daughter's foot thumb nail got broken due to a small accident from home wood door..had put soframycin on it..do i need to give any medicine or put any other ointment on d injured foot thumb? Do hv 2 giv tetnus injection for it?

A. Yes I think tetanus shot is going to be important right now you should catch up with your doctor also check if the child has got hurt and the wood has stayed inside a little bit also because that can lead to infection please check with your doctor and proceed with your doctor’s advice
