ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist1 week agoA. hi mom dont worry let him play a lot, get tired and seek for food then give one pot meals mix veg dal khichdi soup rice curd rice add nuts powder in milk add minced vegetables , paneer or dals or curds while kneading the dough and give like parathas
