Hi dear for dandruff in a 2-year-old, use a mild, fragrance-free baby shampoo 2–3 times a week and gently massage the scalp with a few drops of baby-safe oil before washing. Avoid harsh products and keep the scalp moisturized to prevent dryness. You can try the Aveeno Baby Dermexa Range, specially designed for sensitive skin, which helps restore moisture and soothe irritation. If flakes persist, consult your pediatrician.

Dandruff is not very common in babies.. if she was below 1 year it could be cradle ca and not dandruff while goes off on its on with regular care. make sure you use a good shampoo with ph around 5.5 . do not use johnson baby or himalaya they have higher ph which can irritate. use aveeno baby or jergens baby products and comb regularly and avoid over oiling. use light natural coconut oil. please consult your pediatrician if you do not see any change
