Q.

Cx is 3 cm and internal OS is closed in anomaly scan and age is 18 weeks 4 days, is it normal ?

A. yes everything is normal as in early pregnancy cx will be around 3 and till 20 to 24 weeks of pregnancy it will be 3.5 cm or also depends on pregnancy, as every pregnancy is different so as their body changes in every women. do consult with your gynaecologist for more details and guidance
