A. For babies under one year, neither cow's milk nor buffalo milk is recommended as a primary drink because they can be hard to digest and may not provide the right balance of nutrients. After one year, cow's milk is generally preferred because it has a better protein and calcium profile compared to buffalo milk. However, always consult your pediatrician before introducing any type of milk to your baby's diet.
