ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. no gap.1 hr.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
