covid vaccine is not for who plan for conceive?

I am not sure whether it is allowed for people who are planning to conceive however definitely it is not advisable for pregnant women and lactating mothers so I would recommend that you should try to postpone the conceiving part by a couple of months if you want to get the vaccination done
